Organic Pancake Recipe


Hopefully the Cusgarne chickens won't be blown away by Storm Imogen but if you see one flying past your window please let us know!

Being part of generation Deliciously Ella; Veryan, Lamorna and I don't tend to have much flour in our diets but after faffing around with coconut flour, flax seed, almond milk and god knows what else, we've decided that you just can't beat good old proper pancakes... so enjoy!

We have all done our time on the Pencoose Pantry crepe stand with Nikki and William, so to be honest we have forgotten the exact recipe in favour of chucking it all together! However, here's one...

Simple Organic Pancake Recipe

makes 15ish small pancakes

  • 4 large (CUSGARNE!) eggs

  • 1 pint (TREEN!) milk

  • 8 heaped dessertspoons of flour

  • 2 tbsp melted organic butter

Method

Sift the flour in to bowl

Make and well and crack the eggs in

Break the yolks and start slowly combining the flour

Slowly drizzle the milk in, stirring all the time

Once all stirred in, melt and stir in the butter

Get the pan hot with some butter and get cooking!
